Our service department provide service in area:

 

• guarantee and post guarantee repair service phone devices of CYFRAL company
• repair of stationary phone CYFRAL devices and others
• technical consulting for CYFRAL product users, fitters and fitter companies, service points
• technical trainings for fitters

Repair will be performed during 14 business days. For delivery one should include:

 

• copy of purchase document: receipt or invoice
• exact description of type of damage and symptoms
• telephone number, full name and surname of contact person and destination address where a fixed device will be sent
